“We have known Joe for almost 8 years. I drove him to his medical appointments, grocery shopping and sometimes we just got bored and took a day trip somewhere to get out of the house and away from our small town. He loved to travel, meet and chat with people. He loved to go to Prescott and be in the mountains. He loved to shop. He was into antiques, fashion and anything he could get a deal on. I loved listening to his stories from his past and his bucket list of things he was going to do or buy.”

“He loved to ride on his Tommy Bahama bike to go into town or to get the mail. We had great meals together and tried so many different places. We both loved food and shopping. I couldn’t because I had just had surgery and wasn’t able to drive. If I only would have known and I wish we ( my family and I) could of been by”

“his side. Joe grew close to my family over the years. He watched my kids grow up and play their sports. I will always regret not making the drive to pick him up and take him where he wanted to go or to say good bye. Joe will truly be missed. You are a great friend and l loved all our adventures. Some more than others, but it was always an adventure with you. We send our condolences to the family. He loved to talk about his daughter, mom and his childhood.”
