He is survived by : his parents, Joe Rivas, Jr. and Lori Hernandez; his daughter Serenity Rivas; his siblings, Alyssa Doolan, Roxanne Fuchs, Natalie Ann Fritz, Samantha Jo Rivas, Paul-Michael Peters and Ezekiel Vandever; his stepparents, Carmen Rivas and Stephen Peters; and his grandparents, Alicia Hernandez and Jose Q. Rivas.
