She was predeceased by: her parents, Sebastiano Mainenti and Rosa Mainenti of Sicily; her husband Philip Anthony Scandura Sr.; her in-laws, Anthony and Josephine Scandura; and her brother Joseph Mainenti.
She is survived by: her children, Philip Jr. (Lori), Michael (Kat) and Joanne; and her grandchildren, David, Matthew and Olivia Rose.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Chapel (6830 W Thunderbird Rd, Peoria, AZ 85381). A rosary was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Valley Roman Catholic Church (3220 W Greenway Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85053). A graveside service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (9925 W Thomas Rd, Avondale, AZ 85392).
