She is survived by: her brother Dave Liggins Jr. (Laveeda) of Hopewell, Virginia.; her children, Erwin Garrett and Madeline Washington (Perry); her granddaughters, Kelli Hawkins and Angela Carter; her great grandchild Darius Hawkins; and her grandchildren, Erwin Garrett Jr., Penn Washington, Amber Washington, Erica Jakupi and Natalie Harris.
