She was predeceased by: her parents, James Steele and Jean Steele; her husband James Chapp; and her son James Chapp, Jr. (Judith). She is survived by: her siblings, Jeff and JoEllyn; and her nieces and nephews, Jeffrey, John and Milissa. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great- grandchildren.
