He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Groff and Kelly Groff; and his sister Kaela. He is also survived by friends, caregivers.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 21001 N Tatum Blvd #44, Phoenix, AZ 85050.
