With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathryn Ann Mounkes in Phoenix, Arizona, born in Reading, Kansas, who passed away on May 18, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Geraghty and Mary Geraghty; her husband Kenneth Mounkes; and her siblings, Helen Newton, Wayne Geraghty, Margaret Greer, Patrick Geraghty and James Geraghty.

She is survived by: her children, Cynthia K. Jakubowski (Harry), Mary E. King (Richard), James A. Mounkes and Steven A. Mounkes; her grandchildren, Kori A. Lacy and Rachel K. Lawrence (Eric); and her great grandchildren, Kenzy Lacy, Michelle Lawrence and Zachary Lawrence.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Barrow Neurological Foundation in Kathryn's honor.
