She is survived by: her partner Chaz Green of Mesa, AZ; her sisters, Debbie Brauer of Wichita, KS, Sondra Collins of Las Vegas, NV and Cindy Collins (Hector Martinez) of Tempe, AZ; her sons, Chris Bontrager (Nadine) of Phoenix, AZ and Bo Bontrager (Sarah) of Parker, CO; her grandchildren, Caleb (Selena), Davin, Natalie, Hannah, Caiden and Hayden; and her great grandchildren, Aurora and Draiden.
