Kelley Ann McNeill Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kelley Ann McNeill of Phoenix, Arizona, born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2025 at the age of 65. She was predeceased by: her father Anthony McDonald. She is survived by: her mother Mary Jo McDonald; her sisters, Beth McDonald and Erin Lazoff (Tom); and her siblings' children, Brennan Blake (Kristin), Shannon Blake, Bridget Blake (Chris Buckno), Anesa Lazoff (John Hipskind) and Elena Lazoff (Jake Miller).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (10815 N 84th St, Scottsdale, AZ 85260). A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM at the St. Francis Catholic Cemetery (2033 N 48th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008).
