She is survived by: her husband Thomas Davis of Phoenix, AZ.; her children, Keith Gerard Kincaid of Phoenix, AZ. and Kacey Renee Kincaid of Phoenix, AZ.; and her grandchildren, Xavier Miklas, Dawnelle Heatherly, Marcus Heatherly Jr., Daisy Heatherly and Moses Heatherly. She is also survived by brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and cousins from her extended family and friends.
