He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth John and Blanche Marie Purdy (Parr). He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Brian (Kate) and Amy Dennison (Paul); and his grandchildren, Nicole, Kelsie, Benjamin, Jack and Liam.
