He is survived by: his wife Tanya Bulkley; his children, Cherie Bolton (Dean) and Justin Bulkley (Stacy); his sister Connie Biaggi; his grandchildren, Tyson, Tristan, Patrick, Sierra, Bailey and Jaben; and his great grandchildren, Truman, Athena, Azariah and Isla.
