He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Tollackson and Geneva Alice McKenzie. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Kendra Tollackson (John Hannah), Julie Tuttle (Mo), Tom Sawyer (Micki) and Heidi Sawyer; his nephew Barry Rich (Joy); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, William, Thomas, Clinton, Joel, Kyle and Brie.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home (4800 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018).
