He was predeceased by: his wife Alberta Mauer Phillips. He is survived by: his daughters, Christie Enzinna (Jeff) of Richmond, Connie Phillips-Eary (Randy) of Phoenix and Terrie Phillips (Janice) of Phoenix; and his grandsons, Jacob and Drew Eary.

Memorial donations may be made to Jefferson Street Baptist Church, 300 S Jefferson St, Eureka, KS 67045.
