He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Poniatowski and Ann Poniatowski; his brother Ron Poniatowski; and his cousin Pauline Crout. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Greg Poniatowski (Leah) and Janet Taylor (Matt); his grandsons, Remi and Dean; his sister-in-law Judy Poniatowski; and his nephew Jim Poniatowski (Maureen).

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Rose Children's Ministry grades 1-5 will be appreciated by the family.
