He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his sons, Stephen (Iryna) of Peoria, Christopher (Barbara) of Scottsdale and Keith (Katie) of Georgetown, Texas.; his grandchildren, Chris, Alyssa (NAte), Stephen Jr., Mark Wallis, Shelby (Kat), Nicholas, Samel and Charles; his great grandchildren, Grant and Kashton; his brother Steve (Pat) of Guthrie, Oklahoma; and his nieces and nephews, Sara, Adam and Jessie of Minnesota.
