He was predeceased by: his father Edward Besenfelder. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Besenfelder; his wife Phyllis; his daughters, Lauren Coury (Nick) and Jessica Besenfelder; his siblings, Edward Besenfelder (Debi), Carol Tuerff (Joe) and Cathy McColley; his nieces, Carolyn Griffiths and Andrea Allen; and his nephew Richard McColley.
