She was predeceased by: her parents, Orlin Gibson and Leliar Wallace Gibson; her former husband James Estelle Doss; and her siblings, Eschol "Eck" Gibson, Earl Gibson, Carl Gibson, Charles Gibson, Kent Gibson, Ed Gibson and Ruth Fetty.
She is survived by: her husband Arizona; her daughter Pamela Nelson; her son-in-law Greg Nelson; her grandsons, Mark Nelson (Lisa) and Andrew Nelson (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Audrey, Logan, James and Brooks; and her sisters, Reda Alford and Connie Beal. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Valley of the Sun Mortuary (10940 E Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, AZ 85248). A committal service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
