She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Roemer and Edna Roemer; her husband Ray Sr.; her stepson Ray Jr.; her siblings, Victor Roemer and Margo Bonini; and her niece Katelyn Bonini.

She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie Verreault (Craig Fujioka) and Janelle Zavala (Colin Drysdale); her grandsons, Alex Zavala and Andrew Zavala; her siblings, LeRoy Roemer and Gwen Baur; her sister-in-law Shirley Roemer; her son-in-law Carlos Zavala; and her friend Lynn Portera. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many other dear friends.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or your local Humane Society.
