He is survived by: his wife Jayne Mariot Kerr; his children, Sarah Nixon Wolfswinkel, Mark Nixon and Rick Baldwin; his grandchildren, Vivienne, Elizabeth, Reagan Wolfswinkel, Jake and Benjamin Baldwin; and his great grandchild Theo Baldwin.
In his later years, Bill faced Parkinson's Disease with remarkable strength and grace for over two decades.
