We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2023, at the age of 82, Lynn Alan Phelps of Phoenix, Arizona, born in Charles City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Phelps and Helen Phelps (Shaw); his brother Robert; and his former wife Ruth. He is survived by: his son Bradley Phelps (Georgia) of Atlanta; his sister Marilyn Redmond of Phoenix, Arizona.; and also, Kristen, Ryan and Mckenna.
