He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Shockley and Rheba Shockley. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Shockley; his children, David Shockley (Patti), Thomas Shockley, Elizabeth Ford (Brad) and Travis Miller (Jana); his grandchildren, Tiffany Cabral, Jessica Gabris, Megan Shockley, Aubrey Frear, Carson Frear, Tyler Davis, Britney Sanders and Zebulon Miller; his sister Jane Hoyle (Skip); and his nieces, Emily and Katy. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
