With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marcelo Mendoza (Phoenix, Arizona), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 27, 2025 at the age of 81. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aurelio Mendoza and Elena Hernandez; and his son Luis Enrique Mendoza. He is survived by: his wife Ana Maria Mendoza; and his children, Norma Mendoza, Hector Mendoza, Victor Mendoza, Alma Mendoza, Antonio Mendoza, Marcela Mendoza, Marcos Mendoza, Ana Mendoza and Alejandra Mendoza. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hansen Mortuary Chapel (8314 N 7th St, Phoenix, AZ 85020). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Most Holy Trinity Catholic Parish (8620 N 7th St, Phoenix, AZ 85020).
