She is survived by: her brother Walter Noel; her children, Ryan Fulk (Nyla), Kyle Allard, Joe Fulk and Holly Thompson; her grandchildren, Staci Noel, Phoebe Coble (Bobby), Heidi Combs (David), Lauren Fulk, Kelsie Lees and Brian Fulk; and her great grandchildren, Grace and Blake Combs. She is also survived by her family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, an opportunity to make a monetary donation to the Sullivan Humane Society will be available at the funeral home.
