She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin William Sobey and Doris Mary Sobey (Mitchell); her son-in-law Vincent; her husband Robert "Red" Wendell Loyd, Sr.; her son Robert Wendell Loyd, Jr.; and her siblings, Joseph Sobey and Dorothy Haile (Sobey).
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Rossi (Loyd); and her daughter-in-law Julianne. She is also survived by nieces, and cousins.
