It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Lylyk of Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on November 16, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Teodoro Kozaczuk and Nadia Voloshynka. She is survived by: her daughter Ana Marie Glubisz (Taras); her granddaughters, Sonia (Michael), Lilia (Ben) and Catherine (Robby); her daughter Olga Donalds (John); her granddaughters, Cristina, Suzanne (John) and Michelle; her son Andy Lylyk (Anna); her grandchildren, Peter (Meghan), Julie (Martin), Stephanie (Nick) and Nicholas (Madison); and her great grandchildren, Nadia, Silvia, Abby, Emma, Peter, Holly, Lenny, Lucy, Lincoln and Jane.
