“Nope, This Mark was not a writer. Perhaps another Mark A Herrell who died in Virginia is the one you are looking for. I am a step brother of this Mark though I had not seen him since about 1986. I taught him to read. In school teachers gave up. But they gave him the wrong topics. His interests were early Arizona as well as the native Americans of Arizona. Soon he had quite a library. As for myself I retired to Panama in 2013, Ecuador in 2014, Nicaragua 2014 to 2016, and Costa Rica since.”
