He was predeceased by: his parents, John Voorhees Sr. and Dora Costner. He is survived by: his siblings, John Voorhees Jr. (Linda) of Jackson, Jeri Lapp (Barry) of Jackson, Virginia Crane of Florida, Angelique Tunison of Florida and Andrea Costner of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
