He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Mullins and Millie Mullins. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Mullins Jr. of Phoenix, AZ, Connor Mullins of Ketchikan, AK and Jesse Mullins of Ketchikan, AK; and his siblings, Debi Roeckelein, Mary Kridler, David Mullins and Patty Garcia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and his many great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Mark's name to St. Vincent de Paul Society.
