She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Jefferson Mitchell and Wilma Francis Terrell; her husband Paul Winfrey Fields of Columbus, IN; her former husband Delbert Loren Frazier; her significant other Daniel Byrd of Phoenix; her siblings, Helen West, Hilda Hall, Dorothy Shelton, Bessie Purdue, Margaret Harden, Carl Mitchell and Paul Mitchell; her children, Dora Barker-Wolfe of Phoenix and Kenneth Fields of Phoenix; and her grandchildren, Robert Barker and Kellie Fields.
She is survived by: her sister Annie Neal; and her nieces, Mildred Ronghi and Paula Cunningham. She is also survived by many step-children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, step-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Best Funeral Services North Central Chapel (501 E Dunlap Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85020).
