Mary Noplos Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Noplos of Phoenix, Arizona, born in Cicero, Illinois, who passed away on February 2, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her siblings, Harriet Contos, Lee Wallace, Effie Watters, Happy Georgacakis, Clara Georgacakis, Georgia Ciaverella and George Georgacakis; her children, Philip Noplos (Helen), Barb Moen (Chuck) and Ronnie Humphryes (Ed); her grandchildren, Beth Uebelherr (Joshua), Stephanie Moen, Jin Lan Moen, Brad Humphryes (Becca) and Melanie Humphryes; her great-grandparents, Yiayia, Morgan, Kallin and Payton Marquez; and her spouse Chris Noplos. She was also cherished by sisters and brother, took in her in-laws, and cared for her brother.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart Association, Breast Cancer Research, or Assumption Greek Orthodox Church.
