He is survived by: his parents, George Rugel and LeeAnne Rugel; his sister Meghan Rugel; his grandparents, Carol Rugel (late John Rugel), Norm, Katie Peercy, Bob and Diane Arrigan; his great-aunt Connie Macy; and his aunts and uncles, Noel Peercy, Cat Thomas (Dave), John Rugel (Susan), Larry Rugel (Maryann), Rob Rugel (Laura), Dana Alvarado (Roberto), Dorothy Wolden (Tim) and Kolleen Trigg (Matt). He is also survived by many cousins, extended family, and lifetime friends.
