He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Carl Henry O'Hara and Winifred Jean Locke; his wife Aurora Fraire; his children, Colleen, John, Kyle, Joe and Josue; his grandchildren, Damian, Jade, Devin, Cooper, Isela, Genesis, Dominic, Zeke, Matteo, Moises and Isaiah; and his sisters, Kathleen O'Hara and Vickie West.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary (719 N 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
