He is survived by: his children, Beth, Michael, Mary Ellen, Nancy, Katie, Amy and Anthony; and his wife Eileen Churosh (Cera). He is also survived by children; his three sons-in-law; eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; two brothers; and two sisters.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 24th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Phoenix Country Club (2901 N 7th St, Phoenix, AZ 85014).
