Michele Arrandale Obituary
Michele Arrandale, 66, a beloved mother, family member, and cherished friend, passed away surrounded by the love of her family and memories of those whose lives she touched.
Michele will be remembered for the warmth she brought to the people around her, the generosity of her spirit, and the ways she made others feel cared for and valued. She had a gift for making ordinary moments meaningful, and her presence brought comfort, laughter, and love to her family, friends, and coworkers.
Throughout her professional career, Michele distinguished herself as a thoughtful and accomplished leader. In her 40 years in leadership, she brought intelligence, integrity, determination, and a genuine respect and loyalty to the people she worked alongside. She understood that leadership was not simply about achieving results, but about inspiring others, building strong teams, developing talent, and creating an environment in which people could do their best work. Colleagues and those she mentored valued her judgment, ability to see possibilities others might overlook, and willingness to lead with both confidence and compassion.
Yet, for all she accomplished professionally, Michele's greatest source of pride was her family. She gave of herself freely, creating a home filled with love, encouragement, and memories that will be treasured for generations. The lessons she taught, the stories she shared, and the love she gave so generously will remain a lasting part of those who knew her. Though her absence leaves an immeasurable space in their lives, her love remains—in the traditions she created, the values she passed on, and the hearts of everyone fortunate enough to have known her.
Michele's life was a gift to us, and her memory will be a blessing. She will be loved, remembered, and missed always.
Michele was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Knudsen (1977); her stepmother, Dorothy Knudsen (2005); her father, Arthur Knudsen (2011); and her two siblings, Cheryl Badger (2011) and Thomas Knudsen (2023).
Michele is survived by her husband, Frank Arrandale; son, Anthony Chase; son-in-law, Chad Chase; sister, Jody Gettinger; brother, Chris Knudsen; and her two puppies, Molly and Johnny.
A Celebration of Life for Michele is scheduled for Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Arrandale Farms, located at 4146 W. Acoma Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85053.
