It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michelle Gutierrez DeLeon (Phoenix, Arizona), born in Walla Walla, Washington, who passed away on February 6, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eduvijes Guzman and Edlmiro Deleon; and her siblings, Maria Castro, Francisco Guzman and Felix Jr..

She is survived by: her husband Antonio Ortega Fuentes; her children, Xenia Carbona (Michael), Nicholas Ortega and Isaiah Ortega; her grandchildren, MaryJane Carbona (Petunia), Michael Carbona (Moomoo) and Vincenzo Carbona (Chenchito); and her siblings, Tony Guzman, Jesse Guzman, Gloria Brewer, Ramon DeLeon, Santos DeLeon, Ricardo DeLeon and Sarah Cuellar.
