She is survived by: her husband Howard Carmody; and her children, James Driver (Nancy), Lynne Grigsby, Gerard Carmody (Angie), Eric Carmody, Sheri Hall (Gary) and Janine Irish (Carmody). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
