“My name is Brandy Chard and I founded a Homeless Outreach last year after my stepson, who struggled with addiction and homelessness passed away. I met Monique last year and instantly loved her. She was feisty for sure but I saw through all that and saw her heart. When I asked her what she wanted or needed, she said "More Jesus". Each time, Her song request from my phone was Silver and Gold...and she sang it beautifully and with all her soul! It was the most beautiful thing to see. I am so sorry.”
