He was predeceased by: his father George Horwedel. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Horwedel (Roddis); his daughters, Emily, Hannah and Kadie Horwedel; his grandson Barrett Stoneking; and his siblings, Georgia Cassidy, Mark Horwedel (Kathy), Craig Horwedel (Diane) and Lance Horwedel (Debby).
Memorials in Neal's memory may be made to the Vermont Fire and Rescue Squad or the Arizona Boston Terrier Rescue.
