With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nikolas Tyler Fay Thomas (Phoenix, Arizona), born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 30, 2022 at the age of 19. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Nancy Johnson and Susan Deeter; his uncles, Dennis Thomas, Jeffrey Schafer and Henry Mcgrew; and his cousin Brown.

He is survived by: his parents, Katharine Thomas and Patrick Thomas; and his siblings, Cody Thomas, Summer Webb and Elexis Thomas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
