She was predeceased by: her parents, Benigno G. Valdez and Mercedes Valdez (Espinoza). She is survived by: her brother Richard Valdez (Melissa) of California; and her sons, Christopher (Mary) of Maryland, Stephen (Amy) of Arizona, Antoine (Jean) of Arizona and Adrian (Hao) of Virginia. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family members…nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home (4800 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018). A Mass will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (10815 N 84th St, Scottsdale, AZ 85260).
