Juarez, Rosa J. Valente (George), Delia S. Juarez, Jose S. Juarez and Mercy J. Moncada (Alfredo); her grandchildren, Olivia Juarez (Liz), Rosemary Juarez, Adrian Juarez, Jose Moncada (Abby), Teresa Chang (Jordan), Ariana Moncada, Amanda Colbert (Brendon), Georgie Valente Jr., Esai Moncada and Leah Moncada; and her great grandchildren, Elijah Chang and Javier Chang.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home (4800 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Ann's Catholic Church (2231 I-19 Frontage Rd, Tubac, AZ 85646). A burial was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at the Tubac Cemetery (39 Burruel St, Tubac, AZ 85646).
