She was predeceased by: her parents, Adeline (Meads) and Ronald Lopes; and her sister Michelle Simms. She is survived by: her wife Diana; her sons, Adam, Ryan and Josh; her sister Jennifer Spiess (Howard "Hojo"); her godmother Carol (Ronnie Pavoe); and her cousin Stephanie Santos (Tommy).
In lieu of flowers, a Memorial fund has been set up at Pam's request as healthcare costs have been astronomical.
