It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Reynolds of Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on August 28, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Patricia farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Patricia is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Gebken and Grace Gebken (Stanley L. Reynolds). She is survived by: her children, Kelly Ann Berg (John), Amy Marie Reynolds Otteman (Shannon) and Sean Patrick Reynolds (Jayane Stratford); her grandsons, Kyle, Zachary Berg and Evan Reynolds; and her great grandchild Uilliam Berg. She is also survived by brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
