She is survived by: her children, Mary (Charles), John (Teri), Sara (Peter) and Liza (Ben); her grandchildren, Dan (Amalia), Adam, Erin, Jamie, Laura, Charles and John; and her nieces, Mary, Laura and Jane.

Upon graduation from Vassar College, she worked in NYC for the Rockefeller Foundation.
