She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Mullins-Phillips and Jennifer Simmons-Loresto; her grandchildren, Ashley Avery, Alex Avery and Daniel Phillips; her great grandchildren, Michaelangelo, Sasuke and Alexzander Avery; and her siblings, Glenda, Sherry, Tina, Jerry (Dick), John and Gary.
