He was predeceased by: his father Pete Chavez; and his grandparents, Goya Olague, Leo Sedillo Ysidro and Amada Chavez. He is survived by: his mother Rachel Chavez; his sons, Michael Chavez (Carley Greer) of Goodyear, Reyna (Ricky) of Missouri, Savanah (Bobby) of Arkansas, Natilia and Jude of Winslow; and his sisters, Lisa Quintana (Nico) of Winslow, Angela Quiñonez (Carlos) of Winslow and Rebecca Chavez of Phoenix. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
