He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Calihan and Evelyn Calihan; and his brother Patrick. He is survived by: his brother Jim Hughes; his wife Anita; his son Phil III (Robyn); his grandchildren, Claire and PJ; his siblings, Mary Kathleen Burkhalter and Peter (Mary); his sister-in-law Becky; and his uncle Chubb. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Phil was a member of The Thunderbirds who put on the Phoenix Open each year raising money for charity.
