He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Diane Miller Koch; his son-in-law Dr. Christopher Koch; his daughter Leslie Miller Berger; his children-in-law, Randy Berger and Kendra Miller; his grandchildren, Kacey Berger Lewis (Keegan Lewis), Kyle Berger, Keegan Koch, Cameron Koch (Mackenzie), Jonathan Koch and Garrett Miller (Julia); his great grandchildren, Sage Miller, Emily Miller, Miller Lewis and Rowan Koch; his former wife Emily Cowhick Frische; his sister-in-law Ramona Miller; Karen Miller Gibbs and David Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many grand and great grand nieces and nephews.
