In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Randall had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Randall may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Stuckey and Eva Jean Stuckey; and his sister Joyce Stuckey. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his son Jason (Caroline); his grandson Nicolas; his son Charles (Susan); and his siblings, Cyndee Kinsey (Ed), Timothy (Dean'na) and Terri Hegmann. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
